Praise the Lord we have all returned safely from having gone to the UK for 16 days. It was a joy to serve alongside so many men who love Jesus and are willing to go into all the world and preach the Gospel. God is moving in this very spiritually dark part of the world and we are praying for more laborers and for a great awakening and revival.
Many of you took the time to encourage Lisa while I was away. Thank you. It is hard to be apart and even harder when we are in situations of frontline evangelism.
My family and I are back on the road together and will begin heading north. Lord willing, we will be in Alabama, North Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, and Illinois. My dad’s health is failing as he is in the final stages of Alzheimer’s and in hospice. So we will be cutting our travels a bit short in order to go and visit my mother and father in Illinois as it may be the last time we see him. We will continue to be preaching on campuses along the way. Please be in prayer that the Lord opens doors for us to continue to share Good News with the lost!
Thank you for your continued prayers and support.
Below I have included some photos of the trip so click on any image to enlarge. I hope you are encouraged. Feel free to contact me any time.
In His grip,
Shawn

After preaching one day, I took these young people to McDonald's. They were drug users, foul mouthed, and confrontational. But after some burgers and fries, we hit it off and the next day a few of them came out to hear us preach again!

We visited the church that John Knox preached at! It was really nice also to preach outside of it for all the tourists to hear the Good News.

Noman the Pakistani Scot preached to the bar scene on Saint Patrick's day in Edinburgh Scotland. We preached from this monument which is the location where many men and women were martyred for their faith in Christ between 1660 and 1680's.

bro Scott Schones. Scott knows so much Scripture by heart that when he preaches he is mostly quoting Scripture. Very beautiful and powerful.

Jeff Rose in Stirling, Scotland. A bagpiper came by to try to divert the crowd but we had the half mile haler that we turned on once he became our detractor. It was our last day on tour and one of our best days in the streets of the UK!

One of our many group photos. All in all I believe we had fifteen men traveling at different times while in the UK

bro Tim was probably the most inspiring man we had on the trip for me. He was behind the camera recording and encouraging almost the entire time we were in the UK.

One early morning as I was out on a walk I got to witness to these two mormon young ladies from Scandinavia.

A typical setting of all of us stuffed into a room discussing theology, praying, reading, and fellowshipping at some point during each day!

Thanks for sharing bro,
Next time we’d love to meet up with you in the south of this dark nation, Ireland.
There is an old Irish saying…
Nár leaga Dia léat
It means
May God not weaken you
God bless.

Hey Shawn & crew, great pictures/videos, God used them to encourage me greatly. God is still using me to preach at ISU in Ames, Iowa, repentence towards God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Have you considered coming to Iowa State? Please keep praying for the students everyone.
Praise the Lord. Let’s preach there in the fall!
Blessings to all of you!
